When can I join?
We open to new members on Monday, November 2. Everyone on the waitlist gets an email that day with the link to join.
Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?
No. It's free, and there's nothing to pay until you decide to join. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Will the price still be $297?
$297 a month is the price for our next 100 members. Once you join, it stays $297 for as long as you're a member.
Is there a contract?
Month to month, with no length commitment, and you can cancel anytime. You agree to our Terms with a checkbox when you sign up.
What's the difference between the refund and the credit?
The refund is for members who cancel. Leave within your first 30 days and we refund your $297 membership fee. The credit is for members who stay. Hit all 10 milestones in your first 30 days, and we credit your second month's $297 membership fee. You get one or the other, never both.
I already have a CRM. What happens to my contacts and my number?
You keep your number and your contacts. We help with common migrations. Large ones get scoped before you commit.
Is AlphaBlossom CRM HIPAA compliant?
No. AlphaBlossom CRM isn't set up for HIPAA, and we don't sign Business Associate Agreements. If your business is in the US and handles patient health information, such as a medical, dental or therapy practice, we're not the right fit right now. Not sure if HIPAA applies to you? Message us before you join. Outside the US? Health privacy rules differ by country and province, so message us and we'll talk it through.
